THIS PRODUCT IS FOR USE ON UNPOLISHED STONE AND MASONRY ONLY NOT FOR USE ON POLISHED GRANITE VOC COMPLIANT & LEGAL FOR USE IN ALL 50 STATES
Aqua Pro Impregnator provides state of the art protection for all unpolished stone, masonry, and grout in a cost effective and easy to use water-based formula. It is formulated with more impregnating solids to ensure maximum protection against water and oil-based stains that are particularly troublesome on porous surfaces that rapidly absorb spills of any kind.
Aqua Pro penetrates porous surfaces deeply to provide outstanding protection
against water and oil staining. It is gas permiable, allowing your
stones or masonry to properly "breathe" so that harmful moisture and by-products
are not trapped below the surface. It is non-yellowing and does not
change the surface appearance of your stone, masonry, or grout.
To keep your unpolished travertine, limestone, marble, or slate looking its best and to protect the surface between sealings, we
recommend Stone Pro Crystal Clean. For restoration-level cleaning of your unpolished stone or masonry prior to sealing with Aqua Pro, use Stone Pro Deep Clean Gel.
Coverage: Aqua Pro will cover approximately 1,000 ft.² per gallon dependant on the porosity of the stone. Two coats are recommended on new installations. Cure time: 12 hrs. for water repellancy, 24 hrs for oil repellancy and full cure. Directions: Always test the product in an inconspicuous area to ensure suitability for intended use. Surface must be sound, thoroughly dry, and free from dirt, waxes, and old sealants or coatings of any kind. To remove topical sealers or waxes, use Stone Pro Formula 51 stripper before applying Aqua Pro. To remove heavy dirt or grime, use Stone Pro Deep Cleaning Gel. Apply a thin, even coat of Aqua Pro using a lambswool applicator or low-pressure sprayer and allow impregnator to remain on the surface for 10 minutes. If surface becomes dry during wait time, evenly apply a second thin coat. Do not dilute. After 10 minutes has elapsed, wipe ALL remaining Aqua Pro from the surface with a clean MicroFiber or white cotton cloth. DO NOT ALLOW AQUA PRO TO DRY ON THE SURFACE OF THE STONE - REMOVE ALL STANDING RESIDUE!
