Why spend hundreds of dollars having your etches and watermarks professionally removed from your polished stone surfaces? Until recently, you had no choice... Natural Touch Etch Remover will eliminate all but the worst etches (those that have actually eaten the stone away) and all the watermarks and rings left on your polished marble, travertine, and limestone surfaces.

Etch marks left by juice spills, wine, vinegar, acidic cleaning products, and any other acidic substance can now be removed by you quickly, easily, and with no special tools. Many professionals carry the contents of the Etch Remover ProKit with them at all times to service clients with etching and watermark problems. Instead of handing them a bill for hundreds of dollars worth of honing and polishing, they can quickly and easily remove the etch and watermarks for a minimal charge.

Now you can do it, too! Natural Touch Etch Remover does not require the use of special tools, training, or equipment. Natural Touch Etch Remover is not recommended for use on granite or to remove oil-based or water-based stains. For oil or water-based stains, please see our Poultice Stain Remover product.

Here is a quick test to see if your etches can be removed without hiring a professional:

    1. Visually inspect the etch to see if it has eaten away the top layer of the stone.  If it has, the etch will look like a small crater that actually resides below the surface of the undamaged stone.  If the etch has "cratered", you will need a professional (or professional coaching - call us at 866-801-4225) to bring the damaged area to servicable condition.  If not, proceed to Step 2.
    2. Run your thumbnail (starting from the undamaged edge) across the etched area.  If you feel a "drop off" when passing from the undamaged area to the etch, or if the stone feels rougher in the etched area in comparrison to the undamaged area, you will need a professional (or professional coaching - call us at 866-801-4225) to bring the damaged area to servicable condition.
    3. If the area is not "cratered" or rough, you can easily remove the etch yourself using your Etch Remover ProKit.

    Works Like a Champ December 15, 2011
Reviewer: Brad from AZ United States
We have quite a bit of damage from normal household cleaners that caused a dulling effect on our travertine in our bathroom. You could see the splotches where the cleaner had been sprayed very easily. Looked long and hard for something that could repair it without getting it honed professionally and gave this stuff a try after talking to John. It works great, the tiles look like new with minimal effort. Follow the directions they give you closely to have the best results. If your doing it by hand, It seems best to do little areas at once in order to have a consistent appearance over the area that it is applied. So, if you have alot of damage areas or a big area of damage like we do it will take some time, but well worth it. Also used it on some drink glass marks downstairs on our travertine floor and it got rid of that as well. Good good stuff!

    Thank You! November 7, 2011
    Reviewer: Taunna Hoffman from Utah
I can’t thank you enough for helping me repair my Travertine shower! Our remodel was only 4 months old when I used an acid based cleaner on my shower and hopelessly etched the stone. Every specialist I called said I would have to have a professional replace the stone or refinish it, then I saw your product and thought I couldn’t lose at least trying it. John walked me through every detail of the process over the phone to ensure success and that combined with a little elbow grease restored my stone to as good as new! Now I’m planning to seal it with another one of your products, again with step by step instructions from John. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase and trust any product sold by your company after this experience, in fact, I called my builder and told him about your products because I think he should pass the information on to every homeowner he installs tile or granite for. Thanks again!

    terrific October 9, 2011
Reviewer: Judith Turchetta from berkeley heights, NJ United States
I was amazed at how well this product worked.  Everything (except for protective gloves) is included. Clear directions and even microfiber clothes.  My counter looks like new.  I was always afraid that these recommendations were from relatives.  But I can assure you I know no one in this company.  It was a terrific product and a fabulous surprize.  Thank you!!!

    Amazing Product! August 23, 2011
Reviewer: Kim Sullivan from Scottsdale, AZ
I just want to thank you for your amazing product, Etch Remover ProKit for Marble, Travertine, & Limestone. I dropped an almost full bottle of red wine vinegar on our beautiful 1-year old travertine floor. I knew enough to hurry and blot up the vinegar and worry about the broken glass later, but the area of etching was immense. Thankfully though, the vinegar did not have time to eat away at the tile and cause cratering.

After visiting and/or calling numerous tile places here in Arizona, I realized that the repair could end up costing a small fortune. Then I decided to do some research online and I found your company. I read about your product and I read all of the reviews from very happy customers, including one from my neck of the woods here in Scottsdale. So I called you to ask a few more questions and decided that I had nothing to lose, the floor was a mess. And I knew that my backup plan would be calling the professionals and having them come fix it if your product did not work.

Well ---- it worked beautifully! My husband and I could not be happier and we are tough birds to please. So thank you for both your wonderful product and all the cheer-leading you gave me when I would call with questions and concerns.

This product saved my marriage!! July 22, 2010
Reviewer: stephen p from jersey city, NJ United States
Gotta tell you this stuff works! A few months back i used the wrong cleaner on the marble bathroom countertop, and effectively etched the ENTIRE surface making it look like concrete. My wife was less than happy to say the least! I tried every internet found remedy out there, and nothing worked. I finally broke down and ordered the etch remover kit- Not only was it as easy to use, but it made my marble shine brighter than when i originally installed it! It is worth every penny! Thanks guys!
