I just want to thank you for your amazing product, Etch Remover ProKit for Marble, Travertine, & Limestone. I dropped an almost full bottle of red wine vinegar on our beautiful 1-year old travertine floor. I knew enough to hurry and blot up the vinegar and worry about the broken glass later, but the area of etching was immense. Thankfully though, the vinegar did not have time to eat away at the tile and cause cratering.
After visiting and/or calling numerous tile places here in Arizona, I realized that the repair could end up costing a small fortune. Then I decided to do some research online and I found your company. I read about your product and I read all of the reviews from very happy customers, including one from my neck of the woods here in Scottsdale. So I called you to ask a few more questions and decided that I had nothing to lose, the floor was a mess. And I knew that my backup plan would be calling the professionals and having them come fix it if your product did not work.
Well ---- it worked beautifully! My husband and I could not be happier and we are tough birds to please. So thank you for both your wonderful product and all the cheer-leading you gave me when I would call with questions and concerns.
Thank you for your feedback on this review. We appreciate your input!

Travertine floors are beautiful, but caring for them can be a pain. It is almost impossible to avoid spilling liquids that etch the surface, especially if you have kids, or if you have the travertine in your kitchen. With this product, you can easily re-polish etched spots. Now I don't have to freak out every time something spills! Just follow the directions carefully and it works great.

After reviewing the web for vinegar etch fixes, she who must be obeyed (aka she who spilled the vinegar) was convinced that advertised products would just not work. I took a great domestic bliss risk and ordered your etch repair kit. The damaged surface of our brand new marble counter looks absolutely brand new again. Simple to use, fantastic result! Our marriage is saved!!!

I have a travertine coffee table with a lot of spill rings on it. I was desperate to find something that would even partially alleviate the unsightly marks. To my surprise, this product worked quite as advertised. It removed every single spill/water ring on my table. I even had one that had eaten into the stone, but this product altered the appearance enough that it no longer looks like a ring, but almost like a natural defect in the stone. I'm pleased with the result, and my table almost looks like new. Thanks for an outstanding product.

I had doubt about the product because I didn't know how it would turn out. Now that I've used it, I'm really impressed. It really works. I even tried it on my granite kitchen to remove the etched water spots. It works on my granite also.
