1.) Inspect the surface for embedded stains or physical damage.  If you find stains that you cannot remove by routine cleaning, STOP THE PROCESS AND CALL US AT 866-801-4225.  PLEASE DO NOT APPLY SEALER OVER STAINS!

2.) Ensure the surface is clean, thoroughly dry, and free from waxes or coatings of any kind.

3. ) Put on chemical resistant gloves.

4.) Shake well, open, and pour a small amount of Ultimate Pro Impregnator onto the surface.

5.) Spread a thin, even coat of Ultimate Pro using the solvent-resistant applicator included in your kit. Please note this applicator is re-usable!  Simply allow it to dry completely, then store it away for the next time.

6.) Allow the impregnator to remain on the surface for 5 minutes if your stone has been recently sealed, 10 minutes if it is a new installation or has been 12 months (or longer) since your last sealing. If any surface area becomes dry during the wait time, evenly apply additional impregnator in a thin coat.

8.) After the appropriate time has elapsed, wipe ALL remaining Ultimate Pro from the surface with a clean MicroFiber towel. DO NOT ALLOW ULTIMATE PRO TO DRY ON THE SURFACE OF THE STONE - REMOVE ALL RESIDUE!  Dispose of this MicroFiber Towel.

9.) Keep stone water-free for 4 hours, oil-free for 12 Hours.

Re-apply the impregnator once every 12-18 months or if you notice a significant decrease in water repellency.
