INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING YOUR GRANITE SEALER KIT
1.) Inspect the surface for embedded stains or physical damage. If you find stains that you cannot remove by routine cleaning, STOP THE PROCESS AND CALL US AT 866-801-4225. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY SEALER OVER STAINS!
2.) Ensure the surface is clean, thoroughly dry, and free from waxes or coatings of any kind.
3. ) Put on chemical resistant gloves.

4.) Shake well, open, and
pour a small amount of Ultimate Pro Impregnator onto the surface.

5.) Spread a thin,
even coat of Ultimate Pro using the solvent-resistant applicator
included in your kit. Please note this applicator is re-usable!
Simply allow it to dry completely, then store it away for the next time.

6.)
Allow the impregnator to remain on the surface for 5 minutes if your
stone has been recently sealed, 10 minutes if it is a new installation
or has been 12 months (or
longer) since your last sealing. If any surface area becomes dry during
the wait
time, evenly apply additional impregnator in a thin coat.
8.)
After the appropriate time has elapsed, wipe ALL remaining Ultimate Pro
from the surface with a clean MicroFiber towel. DO NOT ALLOW ULTIMATE
PRO TO DRY ON THE SURFACE OF THE STONE
- REMOVE ALL RESIDUE! Dispose of this MicroFiber Towel.

9.) Keep stone water-free for 4 hours, oil-free for 12 Hours.
Re-apply the impregnator once every 12-18 months or if you notice a significant decrease in water repellency.
