• Lithofin MN Power-Clean is a restoration grade, high intensity alkaline cleaner for all natural stones and grout. THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL STRENGTH PRODUCT AND MUST BE HANDLED ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS.
  
• For architectural specifications, Lithofin MN Power-Clean may be substituted for GranQuartz 515C.
• Lithofin MN Power-Clean should be used before applying any Lithofin or GranQuartz impregnator (sealer) or topical coating.

Lithofin MN Power-Clean can be used as a periodic deep cleaner where heavy soiling is present, in preparation for applying any impregnator or topical coating, for construction job site clean up, or for removal of grout residues, light-to-moderate calcification, and soap scum deposits.

Directions for Using Lithofin MN Power-Clean

1. Remove any loose dirt or dust from the surface.
   
2. Mix Power-Clean with clean water, see dilution rates below.
3. Pre-wet the surface to be cleaned with water. Do not skip this step.
   
4. Apply diluted Power-Clean solution with a mop or sprayer.
5. Scrub with a mop, buffing pad, or non-abrasive brush. Use a grout brush to scrub grout lines.
   
6. Allow solution to dwell on the surface from 10 to 30 minutes, making sure the solution does not dry. Re-wet as needed. The more dirty the surface, the longer the dwell time/
   
7. After adequate dwell time, vacuum solution, flood rinse and vacuum again. Continue to rinse until all solution has been removed.

Dilution Rates

Intensive deep cleaning; 1 part Power-Clean to 5 parts water.
Construction clean up; 1 part Power-Clean to 2 parts water.
Grout residues, light / moderate calcification (water deposits), and soap scum; 1 part  to 1 part clean water.
As a part of a professional maintenance program; 1 part Power-Clean to 10 parts clean water.
