"Ultimate Pro" provides state of the art protection for polished granite and marble. It is a unique, solvent-based impregnator specifically formulated to bond with the mineral structures inherent to granite, marble, and grout. Ultimate Pro penetrates deeply to provide unsurpassed protection against water and oil staining. It is gas permiable, allowing your stone to properly "breathe" so that harmful moisture and by-products are not trapped below the surface. It is non-yellowing and does not change the surface appearance of your granite or grout.
We always recommend a solvent-based impregnator on polished natural stone because solvents penetrate dense, polished surfaces better than water carriers and deliver the flouropolymer (the part that actually protects your stone) deeper into the surface. This is especially true with granite.

Ultimate Pro is the silver bullet for anyone who wants the absolute best protection for their granite or polished marble surfaces.
Caution: Combustible. Keep away from heat, open flame, sparks and/or any possible ignition source. Keep
work area well ventilated. Chemical resistant gloves and goggles should
be worn at all times. Respirator use is suggested in larger or non-ventilated areas. Read directions and other cautions on back of container before using Porous Pro.
Coverage: Product will cover approximately 200 to 1,000 ft.� per gallon dependant on the porosity of the stone. Two coats are recommended on new installations. Cure time: 24 hrs. for water repellancy, 72 hrs for oil repellancy and full cure.
Directions: Always test the product in an inconspicuous area to ensuresuitability for intended use. Surface must be sound, thoroughly dry and free from dirt, waxes, and old sealants or coatings of any kind. To remove topical sealers or waxes, use Stone Pro Formula 51 stripper before applying Ultimate Pro. To remove heavy dirt or grime, use Stone Pro Deep Cleaning Gel. Apply a thin, even coat of Ultimate Pro using a solvent-resistant applicator or low-pressure sprayer and allow impregnator to remain on the surface for 10 minutes. If surface becomes dry during wait time, evenly apply a second thin coat. Do not dilute. After 10 minutes has elapsed, wipe ALL remaining Ultimate Pro from the surface with a clean MicroFiber or white cotton cloth. DO NOT ALLOW ULTIMATE PRO TO DRY ON THE SURFACE OF THE STONE - REMOVE ALL RESIDUE!
