It is a unique, solvent-based impregnator specifically formulated to bond with the mineral structures inherent to granite, polished marble, and grout.  Ultimate Pro penetrates deeply to provide unsurpassed protection against water and oil staining.  It is gas permiable, allowing your polished stone to properly "breathe" so that harmful moisture and by-products are not trapped below the surface.  It is non-yellowing and does not change the surface appearance of your stone or grout.   We always recommend a solvent-based impregnator on polished natural stone because solvents penetrate dense, polished surfaces better than water carriers, and deliver the flourochemical (the part that actually protects your stone) deeper into the surface. Ulitimate Pro Sealer November 1, 2007 Reviewer: Marcus from Boston, Mass   Being a contractor myself I know the pro's and con's of sealers.  This by far blew my mind!! Not all things being created equal this by far is best in class.  It's fast acting, no down time and automatic repels oil and water marks.  The gentlemen on the phone gave me a comprehensive explanation on how "Ultimate Pro" has the smallest molecule and could penetrate the most "dense" stones.  I give this 5 plus stars. Great product - the only choice April 23, 2007 Reviewer: Matt Podoll from Palo Alto, CA United States   After taking an intensive one-week training on tile and stone care, I learned from the experts this is the only way to go on granite, other sealers simply do not deliver like StonePro.
