Called John at MY Stone Care through a referral from a friend. John stepped my through the entire process of using the Stain removal poultice powder product. It worked like magic - 24 hours and the inbedded stain was gone. Product is great and customer service is excellent.

Worked great on an olive oil stain on limestone - not as much luck on a yellow toilet brush stain on a marble floor - there is no fix for that, needs tile replaced! Try it mixed w/ 1/2 water, 1/2 bleach for stubborn stains.
